Kala Mahakumbh 2025

Introduction
The Brihaspati Welfare Foundation is dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian art, culture, and heritage by providing a platform for emerging artists. Our flagship event, Kala Mahakumbh, is a large-scale cultural festival spanning 76 districts across Uttar Pradesh. The festival aims to empower local artists, folk performers, musicians, and dancers by giving them a stage to showcase their talent. Kala Mahakumbh also supports Self-Help Groups (SHGs) by providing them with exhibition spaces to showcase and sell their handmade products. Additionally, food stalls featuring local cuisine will be set up to support small-scale food entrepreneurs. We seek corporate sponsorship to elevate the scale and impact of Kala Mahakumbh, creating a lasting impact on the cultural ecosystem while benefiting local communities. The upcoming Kala Mahakumbh will be held in Lucknow from September 26 to October 18, 2025. This event is designed to uplift and celebrate India's rich cultural diversity while supporting local talent. Lucknow, the host city of the event, is the cultural and political capital of Uttar Pradesh. As per the 2011 census, the district had a population of over 4.5 million, with nearly 34% residing in urban areas. Renowned for its rich heritage, vibrant traditions, and diverse communities, Lucknow provides an ideal setting for a grand celebration like Kala Mahakumbh.
